(Dan Tri) - The land of the Binh Dinh Province Transport Training Center was put up for auction to implement a residential, service and education project with a cost of more than 1,000 billion VND.
On November 28, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province announced that it had assigned the relevant agencies to organize an auction of the land of Binh Dinh Transport Training Center and adjacent areas with an area of over 6.3 hectares, with a starting price of 558 billion VND.
The auction is to implement the residential, service and educational project west of Tay Son Street, Quang Trung Ward, Quy Nhon City.

Previously, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province approved the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 for this project. The total planned land area is more than 6.3 hectares, including land for building adjacent houses of more than 2.5 hectares, land for social infrastructure of 0.7 hectares, land for commercial services of nearly 0.5 hectares and land for traffic and technical infrastructure of more than 2.6 hectares. The expected population size is about 1,100 people.
The purpose of land use is to build urban residential land, in the form of land allocation with land use fee collection and land lease with one-time payment through land use rights auction. The term of land allocation and land lease to the investor is 50 years, and the buyer of adjacent houses can use it stably and long-term.
The project cost is 1,144 billion VND, excluding the land use fee of the auctioned land. The project implementation schedule is 48 months from the date of the decision to recognize the auction results or approve the investor.
Request to ensure progress of urban area over 2,264 billion VND
On the same day, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province announced the results of the auction of land use rights for the Southwest Urban Area project in Nhon Ly commune, Quy Nhon city.
This project belongs to the planning of Nhon Hoi Urban Tourism Area (sub-area 3), Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Nhon Ly commune, with an area of over 21 hectares. The total minimum investment capital is over 2,260 billion VND.
The project includes 106 townhouses combined with commercial services, 229 villas, 300 social housing apartments, along with a 9-storey hotel and a 3-storey auxiliary service building.
The People's Committee of Binh Dinh province has assigned the Economic Zone Management Board, the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Construction and relevant agencies to guide and urge Ngan Tin Quy Nhon One Member Co., Ltd. to implement the project according to regulations, ensuring progress within no more than 72 months from the date of decision on land allocation and land lease.
