On the morning of September 29, in Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, the 1st Lam Dong Province Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025-2030) took place. Vice President, First Vice President of the Central Emulation and Reward Council Vo Thi Anh Xuan attended and directed the Congress.

The congress was attended by 553 delegates; of which, there were 338 invited delegates, 215 delegates were typical advanced models in the province's patriotic emulation movements .

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province Ho Van Muoi delivered the opening speech of the Congress.

In his opening speech, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi emphasized that the Congress is an opportunity to review the local patriotic tradition through revolutionary periods, to urge the emulation spirit of each collective, individual, and household to contribute to the whole country entering a new era, an era of national advancement; to commend and honor typical advanced collectives, individuals, and households that have been awarded emulation titles and other forms of commendation by the Party and State in the past 5 years.
