According to Vice Chairman of Dong Hoi Commune People's Committee Luong Van Tu, Trung Thon village is located in a special position adjacent to Dong Hoi Street, Truong Sa Street and Dong Anh New Urban Area, converging all favorable factors for the process of urban economic development, in the coming time it will be the place where a large number of people live. On that basis, Dong Anh district has approved the investment policy of the project divided into 2 components: CX2 and CX3, helping to improve traffic infrastructure and improve the quality of life of the people.
The project to build a community cultural activity site combined with tree planting and parking lot at the bank area of Trung Thon village, Dong Hoi commune (CX3), has a total area of about 13,000m2, including the following items: landscape (traffic roads - walking paths, playgrounds, retaining walls...); drainage system; trees, lawns, lighting system...
The project to build a community cultural activity site combined with tree planting and parking lot in the area of the village head of Trung Thon village, Dong Hoi commune (CX2) also built similar items to the CX3 area. But there is an additional construction of a regulating lake combined with a walking path, in which the lake excavation area is 2,910m2 (lake bottom elevation 3.9m, lake embankment elevation 7.2m); and the grass area is nearly 1,017m2. The implementation time of these two projects is 300 days.
“To implement these projects, we have carefully surveyed and evaluated the capacity of reputable contractors, and strictly implemented the selection of construction contractors. After the project is invested in and constructed, we hope to create a modern and convenient project, contributing significantly to bringing practical values to the community and society; improving the living environment, enhancing the quality of community cultural activities, and the spiritual and cultural life of local people” - Vice Chairman of Dong Hoi Commune People's Committee Luong Van Tu said.
The project to invest in building technical infrastructure for trees, lakes, parking lots, and community activity spots CX2 and CX3 in Trung Thon village is of great significance to the economic and social development of the area, contributing to improving traffic infrastructure and enhancing the quality of life of the people.
At the same time, to implement the district's resolutions on "5 yes" (having a cultural house, having a football field, having a mini park, having community activity spots, having parking lots combined with planting trees) "3 no" (no violation of regulations on land management and use, construction order, urban civilization order; no environmental pollution of wastewater, exhaust gas, waste; no poor households).

Special attention is paid to ensuring security and order, protecting property and the legitimate interests of the people.
