Hanoi directs adjustment of detailed planning of X2 Kim Chung resettlement area

(Dan Tri) - Hanoi People's Committee assigned Dong Anh District People's Committee to organize the local adjustment of the 1/500 scale Detailed Planning of X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 737 on assigning the task to the Dong Anh District People's Committee to organize the local adjustment of the 1/500 scale Detailed Planning of the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area.

According to the decision, Hanoi City assigned the People's Committee of Dong Anh District to organize the preparation of local adjustments to the Detailed Planning, scale 1/500 of the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area (located in Kim Chung Commune, Vong La Commune). At the same time, the city authorized the People's Committee of Dong Anh District to approve the estimate for the preparation of local adjustments to the Detailed Planning, scale 1/500 of the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area; the authorization period is one year from the date of issuance of the decision.

The People's Committee of Dong Anh district is responsible for assigning the specialized department under the People's Committee of the district to appraise the estimate according to the provisions of current law. For the technical design content, cost estimate for surveying and drawing topographic maps and current maps, the People's Committee of Dong Anh district shall comply with the provisions of Decision No. 38 of the City People's Committee.

The People's Committee of Dong Anh district is responsible for reviewing, researching, and evaluating the contents related to the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 of the X2 Kim Chung resettlement area. After being approved by the City People's Committee, the adjustment of the detailed planning shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the law on urban planning and related legal regulations.

The Hanoi People's Committee requested the district to allocate capital to organize the establishment of local adjustments to the detailed planning, scale 1/500 of the X2 Kim Chung resettlement area according to regulations; ensure the use of funds appropriate to the content and nature of the work to be performed, avoiding budget waste.

The Department of Planning and Architecture is responsible for monitoring, urging and guiding the organization of research and adjustment of local detailed planning according to regulations. Relevant departments and branches, according to their assigned functions and tasks, are responsible for coordinating, inspecting and guiding the People's Committee of Dong Anh district to implement the work according to regulations.

According to the planning project, the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area is located in the Southwest of Dong Anh district, in the territory of Kim Chung and Vong La communes. Regarding the project boundary, the Northwest borders the urban green park land; the Southwest is Sap Mai village; the Southeast borders the Middle canal; the Northeast borders the regional road with a cross-section of about 36m.

The X2 Kim Chung resettlement area has a total area of ​​20.15 hectares, with a population of about 5,236 people. Regarding land use structure, public land accounts for more than 0.48 hectares; educational land accounts for more than 1.9 hectares; residential land accounts for more than 6.8 hectares; green land accounts for more than 3.8 hectares; and traffic land accounts for more than 7.1 hectares.
