The conference on propaganda, answering questions and consulting on social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies attracted a large number of employees and employers of nearly 100 companies and enterprises in An Phu and Hoa Hiep industrial parks to participate. At the conference, the provincial Social Insurance provided an overview and updated legal regulations on social insurance and health insurance policies; new points of the Social Insurance Law No. 41/2024/QH15 and Law No. 51/2024/QH15 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Health Insurance Law...
The most exciting part was the dialogue, with many contents about the social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies and regimes that interested employees, such as: Regulations on convalescence and health recovery after giving birth for employees returning to work before the leave period; income items for social insurance contributions; settlement of occupational accident benefits for employees, regulations on one-time social insurance benefits according to the amended Social Insurance Law; documents for settlement of sickness, maternity, occupational accident, occupational disease, unemployment benefits; procedures for one-time withdrawal of social insurance for employees with serious illnesses... These questions were answered by the Social Insurance agency right at the dialogue session. In case of not being able to answer in time, a document was sent for employees and employers to know and implement.
Ms. Dang Thi Thu from CCIPY Vietnam Co., Ltd. (An Phu Industrial Park) said: “The conference helped me better understand the benefits of participating in health insurance, social insurance, and unemployment insurance. In particular, those who work in administrative work at enterprises like us will better understand the regulations related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies to apply in practice, contributing to ensuring the rights and interests of employees.”
Ms. Dam Thi Thanh Que, Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Insurance, shared that the conference is an opportunity for the Social Insurance sector to promptly inform about the contents and regulations related to the implementation of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies in the area. At the same time, it will grasp the thoughts and aspirations and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles for employees and employers in the process of implementing policies at their units; thereby raising awareness, answering questions, creating understanding and trust for employees and employers about social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies.

Since the beginning of the year, the provincial Social Insurance and local Social Insurance have organized hundreds of conferences to disseminate, consult, and dialogue on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies for employees and employers. According to Mr. Nguyen Van Khoan, Deputy Head of the Department of Collection Management and Participant Development (Provincial Social Insurance), dialogue is a direct interaction channel; at the same time, receiving feedback from employees and employers on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies, especially the spirit and service attitude of the social insurance sector's civil servants and public employees. From there, timely corrective solutions can be found, contributing to raising awareness of social insurance and social security policies.
To bring social insurance and health insurance policies into life, helping employees and employers better understand the content, regimes and new policies, the provincial Social Insurance has actively coordinated with agencies and units to carry out communication work well, in which communication in the form of direct dialogue with employees and employers has brought about positive results.
Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Insurance, Dam Thi Thanh Que, said that in the coming time, the Provincial Social Insurance will continue to innovate content and diversify forms of communication and dissemination of policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. Thereby, actively contributing to improving the effectiveness of law enforcement on social insurance and health insurance policies, creating consensus among Party committees, authorities and people of all walks of life on responsibilities and rights when participating in social insurance, health insurance, ensuring social security in the province.
