Promoting the dissemination of the Capital Law 2024 on digital platforms

Kinhtedothi - Newspapers: Hanoi Moi, Kinh te & Do thi, Hanoi Radio and Television Station are assigned to proactively coordinate with departments and branches to disseminate the Capital Law and training content on digital platforms.

The Office of the Hanoi People's Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 15217/VP-NC, conveying the direction of the Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son on the peak propaganda campaign on the Capital Law in the city.

Accordingly, in order to implement the contents of the Capital Law synchronously and effectively, ensuring strict enforcement from January 1, 2025, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Hong Son assigned the Department of Justice - Standing Agency of the City's Council for Coordination of Dissemination and Legal Education to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns, and related units to advise on the Plan to deploy a peak propaganda campaign on the Capital Law in the city, starting from the time the Law takes effect (January 1, 2025), focusing on combining propaganda of Directive No. 37-CT/TU dated December 6, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on implementing the Capital Law and Resolutions on implementing the Capital Law passed at the 19th and 20th Sessions of the City People's Council.

The Departments of Justice, Home Affairs, Finance, Planning - Architecture, and the Management Board of Industrial and Export Processing Zones of Hanoi, based on their assigned functions, tasks and directions of the City People's Committee, shall preside over the development of the Training Plan, implement it by sector and field, and promptly report to the City People's Committee.
