Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) has just announced information about the lucky shareholder who won the special prize worth 500 million VND at the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on January 15.

Specifically, shareholder Tran Ngoc Be won the special prize worth 500 million VND. Another individual shareholder, Nguyen Quoc Thai, won the first prize worth 100 million VND.

In addition, the list of lucky shareholders includes 3 16 Pro Max 256 GB phone prizes and 10 third prizes, each worth 1 tael of gold.

During the annual and extraordinary general meetings of shareholders from 2023-2024, CII often gives money to shareholders attending. However, many meetings fail because the number of shareholders attending or authorized to attend is lower than the prescribed number.

At the meeting on January 15, CII shareholders approved the investment policy/participation in the bidding to select investors for the investment project to build and expand the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway.

In addition, the congress also approved the issuance of two convertible bond packages to the public, including package 1 with a maximum value of VND2,000 billion and package 2 with a maximum value of VND2,500 billion.
