On the afternoon of September 8, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City handed over decisions on the transfer and appointment of managers of public schools. This is the first transfer and rotation of personnel in the 2025-2026 school year, after Ho Chi Minh City merged with Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau .

This time, the Department mobilized and rotated a series of principals of schools with top 10th grade admission scores such as: Nguyen Thuong Hien High School, Gia Dinh High School, Tran Phu High School, etc.

Accordingly, Mr. Lam Trieu Nghi, Principal of Nguyen Thuong Hien High School (Tan Son Nhat Ward) took office as Principal of Gia Dinh High School (Thanh My Tay Ward).

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Khanh Van, Principal of Gia Dinh High School, took office as Principal of Thanh Da High School (Binh Thanh Ward).

Mr. Nguyen Duc Chinh, Principal of Tran Phu High School ( Phu Tho Hoa Ward) took office as Principal of Nguyen Thuong Hien High School (Tan Son Nhat Ward).

Mr. Le Ngoc Khai, Principal of Thu Duc High School (Thu Duc Ward) took office as Principal of Tran Phu High School.
