On December 15, Mr. Tran Chi Cuong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, signed a decision to impose a fine on ID Korea Beauty Salon (address 265 - 267 Hung Vuong Street, Thanh Khe District, Da Nang City) for widespread violations.
Specifically, the ID Korea beauty service business owned by D.XT (28 years old, residing in Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa ) was administratively fined a total of 180 million VND.
This facility was also fined an additional 2-year suspension of operations and forced to destroy more than 500 products and medical supplies without invoices or documents.
Previously, as Thanh Nien reported, the Economic - Environmental Police Team of Thanh Khe District Police raided the ID Korea cosmetic service business and discovered a series of violations.
At the time of the raid, the facility was not equipped with specialized trash cans to collect and store medical waste and hazardous waste; it was only equipped with regular trash cans without lids, and there was no area for medical waste bins and medical waste to be placed together with regular waste. The facility owner was also unable to present a hazardous waste collection contract as required.

However, the Economic and Environmental Police Team exposed that LTH did not have a degree or a certificate to practice medicine as prescribed. Ms. H. had only graduated from high school.
The facility uses drugs for injection and performs breast augmentation intervention services, while not being a hospital with a cosmetic specialty, a cosmetic specialty clinic or other medical examination and treatment facility with a scope of specialized activities in cosmetic specialties.
Garbage is thrown everywhere and not collected.
To "deceive" customers about the facility's professionalism, before performing the procedure, Ms. H. always had blood drawn and a health check but no testing, then threw the blood samples away carelessly.
The establishment operates a spa and beauty service business and performs breast augmentation, nose augmentation, interventional machines, filler injections, botox and other pharmaceuticals... into the customer's body upon request, but does not have a written notice that it meets the conditions for providing beauty services of the Da Nang City Department of Health as prescribed.
