Djokovic wins first ticket to Australian Open 2024 semi-finals

After 3 hours and 48 minutes of play, Novak Djokovic defeated 12th seed Taylor Fritz in 4 sets. This was Djokovic's 9th victory over Fritz, protecting his perfect record against the American opponent.

Fritz seemed to lack confidence when facing Djokovic, the American player had a difficult start. In the first game of serving, Fritz had to save 3 break-points and had to go through 9 advantages to protect the game, the same thing happened in the third game when Fritz also saved 3 break-points.
