Summary of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign

On September 30, Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union held a conference to summarize the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

Implementing the campaign, the youth union bases, union members and youth in the province have promoted the spirit of vanguard and volunteerism, participated in socio -economic development, resolved issues of public concern; built new rural areas and civilized urban areas; ensured social security, national defense and security, especially in difficult areas, remote areas, border areas, islands, ethnic and religious areas.

The Youth Unions organized visits and presented gifts to 8 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, 4 People's Armed Forces Heroes, and more than 100 wounded and sick soldiers across the province; launched 101 youth volunteer teams to clean up martyr cemeteries, houses, and memorial steles; deployed youth volunteer teams to support the operation of the 2-level local government model and provide online public services at the grassroots level; Established 172 exam support teams with 1,463 union members and youths participating in supporting 10,000 candidates in the 10th grade entrance exam and more than 12,000 candidates in the 2025 high school graduation exam. In addition, 8 green summer teams of universities and colleges have joined forces to protect the environment, repair cemeteries, martyrs' monuments, memorial steles, preserve the landscape of agencies and units, repair children's playgrounds, install solar lights, organize medical examinations, give free medicine, give gifts to poor households... with a total value of more than 300 million VND.

Mr. Huynh Huu Phuc - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union chaired the discussion.

At the conference, leaders of the Provincial Youth Union and the Youth Union branches discussed and exchanged advantages, difficulties and obstacles; at the same time, drew lessons to implement volunteer activities more effectively in the coming time.
