Implementing the plan of the Military Medical Department, Military Hospital 354 has developed a plan to receive, classify, provide emergency care, and treat about 200 victims in the event of a disaster or mass accident. The hospital has fully arranged human resources, equipment, medicine, medical supplies, and means of transport, maintaining a high level of readiness, ensuring effective handling of situations according to the motto of "resuscitating the most people, fastest, and most effectively".

Military Hospital 354 organized a mass emergency drill, simulating a serious accident situation with a large number of victims. Mobile emergency teams quickly deployed, performed triage, surgical emergency, resuscitation, and transportation according to the correct procedures. Modern medical equipment was fully utilized, ensuring smooth and effective rescue work. Through the drill, the ability to coordinate between departments, offices, and divisions was enhanced, contributing to affirming the Hospital's readiness in all situations.

Colonel Le Van Dong directly inspected the command and control system, the triage area, the facilities, the alarm process, the reception, triage and treatment of patients. The Deputy Director of the Military Medical Department acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of readiness to perform the tasks of the leaders, doctors, nurses and staff of the hospital. At the same time, he requested that the hospital's staff, doctors and nurses continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly maintain the on-duty regime, closely coordinate, prepare carefully, and ensure readiness to receive and handle effectively in all situations.

In the afternoon of the same day, the working group inspected the medical stations on the roads. There was a situation where some people took shelter from the rain and blocked the entrances, affecting the operation of ambulances and emergency work. The group promptly coordinated with the authorities and mobilized the people to create a clear path, ensuring the smooth operation of the medical vehicles. Colonel Le Van Dong directly encouraged the officers and doctors at the stations to raise their spirit and responsibility, overcome difficulties, and successfully complete the task of taking care of the health of soldiers and people.
