The purpose is to commend and reward the outstanding achievements of the forces participating in mission A80; promptly propagate and encourage the forces to continue promoting the tradition of determination to fight and win of the heroic Vietnam People's Army, build the noble image of Uncle Ho's soldiers, and be ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
