Ca Mau province delegation studies and learns from experience in Quang Ninh

On the morning of March 22, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee had a working session with the working delegation of Ca Mau province led by Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to visit and exchange experiences in Quang Ninh. Working with the delegation were comrades: Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Hong Duong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Nguyen Thi Hanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and representatives of the Party building commissions of the Provincial Party Committee and a number of agencies and units of the province.

With an open and frank spirit, at the working session, comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and representatives of a number of agencies and units of the province exchanged with the working delegation of Ca Mau province some experiences in Party building and political system; building policies to attract excellent graduates and young scientists; recruiting civil servants and public employees to attract truly virtuous and talented people to work in organizations of the political system.

At the same time, sharing methods in building regulations for evaluating cadres and developing young and female cadres; experience in mobilizing, promoting and improving the efficiency of using resources in economic development, applying public-private partnership mechanisms; planning and developing industrial parks and industrial clusters; developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation...

On behalf of the working delegation of Ca Mau province, comrade Nguyen Duc Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, expressed his impression and appreciation of the results that Quang Ninh province has achieved in the past time. In particular, the economy has continuously grown high and stable, the average growth rate for the 5 years 2021-2025 is estimated at about 10.03%. The economic structure has gradually shifted positively, towards a more sustainable direction.

Through exchanging experiences with Quang Ninh province, he affirmed that this is a valuable lesson and good experience for other localities, including Ca Mau province, to learn and implement; contributing to promoting the work of Party building, the political system and promoting local socio-economic development.
