On the afternoon of September 8, the delegation attending the Patriotic Emulation Congress of Tuyen Quang province, led by Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress Organizing Committee, offered incense and flowers at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh and the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs of Tuyen Quang province.
