The implementation of relevant resolutions and policies on stabilizing production and people's lives in Phuoc Dinh commune, Thuan Nam district has been concretized by infrastructure investment programs for socio -economic development, implementing livelihood diversification projects, developing poverty reduction models, improving nutrition for pregnant mothers and children aged 0-5, vocational training to create jobs, and supporting loans. Thanks to that, up to now, the local economy has had many changes, people's lives have been improved. Up to now, the number of poor and near-poor households in the commune is 302 households, accounting for 8.43%.
