Lao and Vietnamese National Assembly delegations offer incense at Quang Nam Martyrs' Cemetery

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee - Luong Nguyen Minh Triet; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Cong Thanh; Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Duong Van Phuoc; together with leaders of the Vietnam - Laos National Assembly Office and representatives of the provincial departments and branches offered incense.

Offering flowers and incense at the provincial martyrs' cemetery, delegates observed a moment of silence to remember and pay tribute to the noble sacrifices of generations of fathers, brothers, compatriots and soldiers for the revolutionary cause of national liberation, bringing peace , prosperity and happiness today.

The sacrifices of heroes, martyrs, and heroic Vietnamese mothers have made the homeland glorious, and nurtured the green seeds of peace and aspiration. Today's generations of leaders continue the tradition, together with the entire Party and people, to build the homeland of Quang Nam to become increasingly prosperous.

On the same day, the working delegation of the National Assembly of Laos and Vietnam also came to lay wreaths and offer incense at the Monument of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers; and listened to the explanation about the life and sacrifices and losses that the prototype mother Nguyen Thi Thu experienced during the resistance war for independence.

On this occasion, Vice President of the Lao National Assembly Sommat Phonsena and Vice President of the Vietnamese National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai presented souvenirs to encourage officials, civil servants and workers of the Management Board of the Monument Complex of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers.
