PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union motivates workers at national key projects

PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union attended the 5th Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of PTSC Corporation, term 2025 - 2030 from September 18 to 20, 2025. Also on this occasion, on the afternoon of September 18, 2025, PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union coordinated with the Company's Trade Union and the Project Board of Package 4.9 under Component Project 3 of the Long Thanh International Airport Construction Investment Project (BDA LTIA 4.9) to organize a program to visit and encourage workers at the Project site.

Witnessing the vibrant, serious and enthusiastic working atmosphere at the construction site, PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union members are even more proud of the sense of responsibility and strong will of the BDA team - the people who are contributing day and night to the country's key projects. With the desire to share difficulties and give more motivation to workers far away, PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union coordinated with BDA LTIA 4.9 to present 10 gifts (each worth 1,000,000 VND) to workers in difficult circumstances. The gifts, though small, contained a lot of sentiment, and were timely encouragement for the workers to be more confident in their attachment and dedication to PTSC Quang Ngai. At the same time, PTSC Quang Ngai Youth Union also specially prepared gifts with the flavors of Quang Ngai's hometown specialties to send to BDA as a bridge connecting emotions, so that those far away from home can still feel the warmth from the land full of affection. At the same time, PTSC Quang Ngai Trade Union also donated 10 million VND to BDA, showing PTSC Quang Ngai's deep concern and sharing for workers.

The program of visiting, encouraging and giving gifts to workers at the LTIA 4.9 Project site not only brings practical encouragement to workers but also spreads the message of solidarity, attachment and responsibility of PTSC Quang Ngai youth towards the Company's production and business activities, especially projects far from where the unit is located. This is a strong source of inspiration for the young generation to foster pride, aspiration to contribute and the spirit of being ready to accompany the Company's development.
