This is a storm with a very fast moving speed (nearly twice the average), strong intensity, and wide range of influence. The storm can cause a combination of many types of natural disasters such as strong winds, heavy rains, floods, flash floods, landslides and coastal flooding.

In Vinh Long, due to the influence of the storm, in the next 24 hours, it will be cloudy with widespread rain at noon, afternoon and evening; locally there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms. Areas of heavy rain are concentrated in Ben Tre, Tieu Can, Cang Long, Tra Vinh . During thunderstorms, beware of strong gusts of wind, tornadoes, lightning, and hail. Heavy and widespread rain in Vinh Long is forecast to continue until September 29 with a total rainfall of 80-100mm. Rain coinciding with the peak tide can cause flooding in low-lying areas and urban areas with poor drainage systems; at the same time, there is a potential risk of trees falling, crop damage, affecting production and people's lives.

Vinh Long sea area in the next 24 hours will be cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms. Southwest wind level 4, offshore level 5, waves 1-2m high; from the afternoon of September 27 to 28, strong wind level 5-6, gust level 7-8, rough sea.
