Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhat, Head of the Inspection Board of Binh Duong Wood Processing Association (BIFA), said that enterprises in the association have been making efforts to connect and exchange market information to overcome difficulties together. At the same time, BIFA proactively coordinates with relevant sectors to promptly inform about policies and drafts directly related to the production and business activities of enterprises.
“Recently, BIFA has coordinated with the Department of Forestry and Forest Protection ( Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ) to successfully organize a seminar to exchange and discuss the content of the draft “Circular on forest product management, processing of forest products and aquatic products with established public ownership”. The event is an important bridge between the policy-making agency and the wood industry business community. Through the seminar, many practical opinions from production and business practices were recorded, helping to complete the draft in a clearer, more transparent and feasible direction. This activity continues to affirm BIFA's role in accompanying members, promptly reflecting the voice of businesses to management agencies for the sustainable and effective development of the wood processing industry”, Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhat shared.
Dr. Ngo Minh Duc, President of Eastern International University (EIU), said that in order to contribute to creating high-quality human resources for Binh Duong and the Southern region to meet the practical requirements in the era of Industry 4.0, in recent times, EIU's teaching programs have followed international standards, training based on the academic curriculum of leading universities in the world and closely following the practical needs of domestic and foreign organizations and enterprises. At EIU, there is a close connection with the business community to support training, research and development activities, with nearly 300 enterprises connecting with EIU.

Associate Professor - Dr. Le Tuan Anh, Chairman of the Council of Thu Dau Mot University, emphasized that in order to develop the semiconductor industry as the province's orientation, the school determined that it is necessary to prioritize strong investment in developing high-quality human resources. This is not only an urgent requirement to catch up with global technology trends, but also a strategic step to build a position in the value chain of the semiconductor industry. At the end of May, the school worked with Cicor Vietnam Co., Ltd. on the direction of strategic cooperation in building a specialized training program in semiconductor microcircuits - a field with high demand for high-quality human resources in Vietnam and globally. The school hopes that Cicor Vietnam will accompany and advise on and support the design of training programs close to business practices, in order to meet the requirements of international integration.
In recent years, with the policy of creating an open investment environment, Binh Duong has implemented many measures and solutions to improve the business environment, enhance competitiveness and attract investment. Binh Duong accompanies and creates the most favorable conditions for investors, large corporations as well as small and medium enterprises when operating in the area; regularly organizes dialogues to grasp, learn and have timely solutions to remove difficulties for enterprises. Mr. Nguyen Trong Luat also said that he is ready to participate in seminars and exchanges with students to inspire learning, research and career orientation for the future generation of engineers.
