The total value of humanitarian activities reached 77,624 billion VND, helping about 150 thousand people in difficult and disadvantaged circumstances. Notable are the "Humanitarian Tet" movement, the "Contribute small amounts of money for great love - Give gifts at the beginning of spring to help poor friends and victims of Agent Orange", "Humanitarian Month" 2025, the program to support the Cuban people, the voluntary blood donation movement...

The association's humanitarian activities play a bridging role, helping families in difficult circumstances to improve their lives, and contributing to the implementation of the city's social security policy. However, the process of restructuring the apparatus and the lack of staff at the grassroots level... significantly affects the effectiveness of the association's tasks and work.

Representatives of a number of relevant departments and branches proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of coordination in organizing humanitarian and charitable activities.

In the coming time, the Hai Phong City Red Cross Society will develop and complete the Project on organizing the agency apparatus in accordance with the direction of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Instruction No. 05 on continuing to reorganize, streamline, and consolidate mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State at the provincial, communal levels and competent levels. Launching emulation to welcome the Congress of the Red Cross Society at all levels and celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Red Cross Society (November 23), the 68th anniversary of the founding of the Hai Phong City Red Cross Society.
