Mr. Dang Sy Manh, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Railway Corporation, said that the railway has been operating charter train services for a long time, but most of the new customers are interested in renting them for groups to travel, mainly on the Hanoi - Quang Binh route, with some services on community carriages for group activities such as: Festivals, cultural activities, children's playgrounds... The rented trains are mostly trains with available itineraries, according to a fixed train schedule (Photo: Mr. Dang Sy Manh gives flowers to guests, welcoming them on board).
However, with the desire to provide more diverse and flexible services, the railway organizes and tests charter trains with schedules and activities completely according to the order requirements of the Vietnam Railways Trade Union, from which it will expand to other customers and on all railway routes, including routes that currently do not organize passenger trains such as Hanoi - Dong Dang, Hanoi - Thai Nguyen (Photo: The train ordered by the Vietnam Railways Trade Union to be organized on the occasion of March 8, on the train, the railway representative gives gifts to female guests).

In addition to sleeper carriages, seats according to customer requests, the railway also provides community carriages with removed seats to decorate according to the nature of the service such as meetings, displays or activities, performing arts (Photo: Guests listen to musical instruments on the community carriage).
On the journey from Hanoi to Lang Son through the folk song region of Bac Ninh, guests also got to listen to male and female singers singing Quan Ho.
Guests enjoyed live performances and views of the countryside and city through the train windows.
Taking check-in photos and recording memories is also indispensable.
Mr. Do Van Hoan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hanoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, said that in the past, fixed-route charter trains often had many carriages, and customers had to book a large number of passengers. Now, they are more flexible, with trains of 2-3 carriages or more, with short or long journeys, ranging from a few dozen kilometers to more than 1,000 kilometers, completely depending on the needs of customers. If customers have a need, the railway will coordinate with tourism units, travel agencies, hotels, restaurants, etc. to provide full-package services for tourism and sightseeing at the train's stops (Photo: Female guests also experience the herbal foot bath service on the train).
The train "March 8th Connecting Journey" received attention and interest not only from guests but also from staff at railway stations. Because according to the ordered itinerary, the train stopped at some stations for railway leaders and guests to interact, and with staff from regional railway units to participate in meaningful activities such as planting trees in early spring, planting ornamental plants, and flowers in response to the movement "Train - Flower Road"...
