The main bridge point is at the 500 kV Pho Noi transformer station (Hung Yen) and 8 bridges in 8 provinces where the project passes through including: Hai Duong, Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh . Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and spoke at the main bridge point of Pho Noi (Hung Yen).

The Quang Trach - Pho Noi 500 kV power transmission line project, circuit 3, is a 500 kV double-circuit line, about 519 km long, passing through 9 provinces, with a total investment of more than 22,300 billion VND, with 4 component projects, starting construction in January 2024. The entire project has 1,177 column foundation positions and 513 anchorages.

The project construction process encountered many difficulties due to the large volume of work, equipment, and techniques, imported materials that took time, required a large amount of human resources, construction in adverse weather conditions, especially due to intense heat or thunderstorms, construction through complex terrain in localities known as "rain bags", "fire pans"...

To have land to implement the project, about 1.83 million square meters of land were reclaimed and cleared, spanning 9 provinces; support, resettlement, and production stabilization for 167 relocated households and 5,248 affected households.

The 500kV line 3 project from Quang Trach to Pho Noi is of special importance in improving the transmission capacity of the national power system. The completion of the project will help increase the power transmission capacity from the Central region to the North from 2,200 MW to 5,000 MW to solve the problem of power supply for the North, which is facing many difficulties and urgency.

The power line running through Hai Duong province is nearly 31km long, including 74 pole foundation locations through Ninh Giang, Gia Loc, Thanh Mien and Binh Giang districts. To serve the project construction, Hai Duong has cleared up to 6.8 hectares of land, affecting 270 households. In December 2023, the province completed the handover of 100% of the pole foot locations and by April 2024, it had completed the handover of 28/28 anchorage spaces to construction units... During the nearly 8 months of construction, 6 contractors participated in construction and installation, 4 contractors manufactured and supplied steel poles, 5 contractors supplied ceramic wire accessories, and thousands of workers on the construction site received active support from the provincial government to the grassroots level.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that with the direct and drastic direction of the Government, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises, the effective participation of the entire political system and local authorities at all levels; the consensus, trust, support and encouragement of the people; Vietnam Electricity Group, the National Power Transmission Corporation and contractors have been highly determined, made great efforts, acted resolutely, closely followed the construction site, closely followed the work with the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, not losing to the storm", "only discussing work, not discussing back", "not enough work during the day, working at night", "eating quickly, sleeping urgently", "working continuously 24/7", "3 shifts, 4 shifts", "working through Tet, through holidays, through holidays". The forces stood shoulder to shoulder, overcoming all challenges, "turning difficult into easy, turning impossible into possible"; Lightning fast construction completed the entire project in just over 6 months, meeting all requirements...

500 kV line 3 passes through 9 provinces, 43 districts, and nearly 211 communes.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the rapid completion of the work volume doubled or tripled in just 1/5 of the time of the first and second circuit projects demonstrated remarkable maturity, a great achievement, an outstanding achievement worthy of recognition by the Vietnam Electricity Group, the National Power Transmission Corporation, project management units, contractors, units that supported the construction site and more than 12,000 engineers, workers, and laborers in the electricity industry who have participated in the project day and night from the start of construction until today.

The Prime Minister commended the Deputy Prime Ministers, ministries, localities, and forces for their determination and efforts to complete the project as directed.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the implementation of the project has shown many valuable lessons that can be applied to many key national projects. These include the strong leadership, direction, and command, and great efforts in performing the tasks; the project has promoted the strength of national solidarity, mobilizing all classes of people to participate in the spirit of sharing together, working together and developing together; the coordination between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, central enterprises and local enterprises in accordance with the motto "4 on-site"; launching a patriotic emulation movement to motivate forces to participate in implementing large and key projects... Units have done a good job of restoring the site, protecting the environment and operating the power line system safely and effectively; the Party Committee and authorities have paid attention to taking care of the lives of people affected by the project...
