Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television was established under the decision of the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging press agencies of 3 provinces of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong including: Lam Dong Newspaper, Lam Dong Radio and Television Station; Binh Thuan Newspaper and Radio and Television Station; Dak Nong Newspaper, Dak Nong Radio and Television Station from July 1, 2025.

Before being appointed as Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television, comrade Le Huy Toan held the position of Editor-in-Chief of Binh Thuan Newspaper and Radio and Television. This is a press agency established by the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the Newspaper and Radio - Television of Binh Thuan and officially put into operation from the date of establishment on June 20, 2025.

Along with the appointment of the Editor-in-Chief position, the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee also appointed 11 Deputy Editors-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television.
