Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung chaired the conference.

The conference announced Decision No. 1858, dated February 25, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on comrade Nguyen Xuan Ha - Member of the Trade Union of the Town Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Ban Town to work at the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the term 2020 - 2025 from March 3, 2025.

In his congratulatory speech to comrade Nguyen Xuan Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung said that the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee is a large Party Committee with nearly 4,000 Party members. The assignment of two comrades to hold the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee shows the attention of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to the Party Committee's work.

Emphasizing that the activities of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee are a new model, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung requested comrade Nguyen Xuan Ha to quickly stabilize, quickly approach work, actively research, promote personal role and solidarity spirit to complete the task well.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Xuan Ha expressed his honor at being assigned by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Accepting new tasks and work, especially with the operating model of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Xuan Ha shared that there will be difficulties at first, however, he will seriously strive, actively research and advise the Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to well perform the tasks and work of the Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Ha hopes that the provincial leaders, departments and the Provincial Party Committee will create favorable conditions and support for him to successfully complete his assigned tasks.

According to the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the establishment of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee consists of 35 party organizations. The Provincial Party Standing Committee decided to appoint the Provincial People's Committee Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 21 comrades.
