At the meeting, representatives of Binh Tien Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company reported on the proposal to build a storm shelter in Binh Tien village to ensure the storm shelter requirements according to the recommendations of voters and local people in the project area. Here, there are currently 24 small boats with a capacity of less than 20CV of local people mainly operating to serve aquaculture in cages. In addition, the company also proposed to build a Hai Dang Restaurant with a scale of 300m2, 2-storey structure in the sea dike access road area to promote the investment advantages of Binh Tien tourist area according to the previously approved project.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee supported the project investment. Thereby, he requested the investor to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to research and have an investment plan to build a boat anchorage area to ensure the safety of the people; promptly resolve the opinions and recommendations of local voters in recent years. In addition, pay attention to the operation and management of the project in accordance with the objectives and requirements of the project. The construction of the restaurant area and seawall must ensure the conditions for sea management, national security and development planning according to regulations. He requested the company to work with departments, branches and localities to review and develop the project, ensuring the conditions according to the provisions of law to submit to the competent authority for appraisal and approval.
