Attending the Congress were comrade Nguyen Phu Hoang, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation; comrades in the Standing Committee, Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat; and 148 official delegates representing the great national unity bloc in the ward.
The 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat, term 2025 - 2030 has the slogan of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development" and the theme "Innovating the organization, improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, promoting the strength of the Great National Unity, building Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat for sustainable development".
Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat was merged over the entire natural area of Ward 5, 6 and Ta Nung Commune. The whole ward has nearly 49,000 people, the labor force accounts for 2/3 of the total population, divided into 35 residential groups, of which 5 residential groups are mostly ethnic minorities from the Central Highlands. The people follow 4 main religions: Catholicism, Buddhism, Protestantism and Cao Dai.
According to the Report at the Congress, in the past time, Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat has made efforts to well implement the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of wards and communes for the 2024 - 2029 term and achieved many practical results.
The Fatherland Front has gradually innovated its content and methods, improved its quality, and focused on residential areas to propagate, mobilize, and consolidate the Great National Unity. Mobilized the people to agree to implement the Party's guidelines, the State's laws and policies, and local political tasks. Actively propagated democracy, represented and protected the people's legitimate and legal rights and interests, participated in supervision, and contributed ideas to build the Party and the Government.
In addition, the Ward Fatherland Front also presides over and coordinates the mobilization of all classes of people to participate in emulation movements and campaigns, focusing on building typical residential areas, model residential areas, and building civilized urban areas. Promote the role of member organizations, the Front's Working Committee, typical people and prestigious people in the community. Promote humanitarian and charitable activities, care for the poor, protect the environment, maintain social order and safety, prevent crimes, social evils and ensure traffic safety. Thereby, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of socio -economic development goals, maintaining national defense and security, building a strong Party and local political system.
In addition to the achievements, the Congress also frankly pointed out the shortcomings and limitations and drew lessons. From there, it proposed the goals, directions and action programs of the Fatherland Front of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat for the 2025 - 2030 term with 13 specific targets.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Phu Hoang, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation and Comrade Pham Kim Quang, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat acknowledged and highly appreciated the results and achievements that the ward's Fatherland Front has achieved in recent years, affirming that this is the foundation and important premise for Cam Ly Ward to continue to develop rapidly and sustainably in the coming time.
Entering the new term, the leaders requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat to continue to focus on promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; innovate the content and methods of operation of the Front; improve the quality of supervision and social criticism. Along with that, link the patriotic emulation movement with socio-economic development; care for social security, improve people's lives and build a strong Front organization.
The 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat consulted 48 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward for the 2025 - 2030 term; consulted to elect a delegation to attend the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong Province for the 2025 - 2030 term, including 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate.
The first conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward for the new term elected 6 members to the Standing Committee of the Commune Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Tran Ngoc Minh was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat for the 2025 - 2030 term.
