Use MoMo to scan bank QR code and receive 1 million VND refund

As the demand for money transfer to pay for goods, services and consumer purchases increases at the end of the year, consumers' concern is that it takes a long time to queue up to withdraw money from ATMs at supermarkets or industrial parks.
