EU officially imposes anti-dumping tax on hot-rolled steel from Vietnam

Specifically, belonging to CN code 7208 10 00, 7208 25 00, 7208 26 00, 7208 27 00, 7208 36 00, 7208 37 00, 7208 38 00, 7208 39 00, 7208 40 00, 7208 52 10, 7208 52 99, 7208 53 10, 7208 53 90, 7208 54 00, 7211 13 00, 7211 14 00, 7211 19 00, ex 7225 19 10 (TARIC code 7225 19 10) 90), 7225 30 90 , ex 7225 40 60 (TARIC code 7225 40 60 90), 7225 40 90 , ex 7226 19 10 (TARIC code 7226 19 10 91, 7226 19 10 95), 7226 91 91 and 7226 91 99 are of Egyptian, Japanese and Vietnamese origin.

The following products are excluded: stainless steel and grain-oriented silicon electrical steel products; tool steel and high-speed steel products; products, not in coils, without relief patterns, of a thickness exceeding 10 mm and a width of 600 mm or more. The definitive anti-dumping duty applies to the net, free-trade price at the Union border, before duty, of the products described in paragraph 1 and produced by the companies specifically listed. Ltd. with an anti-dumping tax of 6.9%, additional TARIC code 89MA; Other companies include Daido Steel Co., Ltd. — JFE Steel Corporation with an anti-dumping tax of 29.8%, additional TARIC code 89MB 89ME. In addition, all hot-rolled steel from Japan with an anti-dumping tax rate of 30.0%, additional TARIC code 8999.

For Vietnam, this includes Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation with an anti-dumping tax rate of 12.1%, additional TARIC code 89MC. In addition, all hot-rolled steel from Vietnam has an anti-dumping tax rate of 12.1% and additional TARIC code 8999.
