FPT, a representative of a typical Vietnamese enterprise, met with President Luong Cuong in China.

At the event organized by the Vietnamese Embassy,FPT - the largest Vietnamese technology company investing and operating in China - represented the business sector to share about its development process and outstanding achievements. The two FPT representatives attending the program were FCN Director Pham Thanh Tuan and Mr. Ho Huu Loc, in charge of FPT business in Shanghai.

The trip helped FPT connect directly with the Vietnamese Embassy for the first time, introducing the scale of operations to embassy officials. FPT established relationships with key departments such as the Citizen Support Department and the Economic Connection Department, making it easier to approve visas for employees, receiving free advertising in the Embassy's publications and participating in Vietnam-China business connection programs. FPT also received legal support when necessary.

In particular, the Ambassador proposed that FPT support the Embassy with technical infrastructure and website, opening up opportunities for two-way cooperation.

The meeting also helped FPT strengthen its connection with Vietnamese enterprises, promote its dynamic and internationally integrated image. The President acknowledged FPT's efforts to spread the image of Vietnam, emphasized the role of economic diplomacy, and continued support for the Vietnamese community and enterprises to develop sustainably in the international market.

In the coming time, the Embassy will organize more trade promotion activities, connect businesses, and create favorable conditions for FPT and Vietnamese businesses to invest in China.

The FPT China office in Dalian was established in March 2024 with the goal of becoming a bridge of IT resources between Japan - China - Vietnam, ensuring continuous production in the process of shifting the supply chain from China to the world (China to Global). Currently, FPT China has nearly 500 employees working directly in the billion-people market. This trip marks an important milestone, helping FPT expand relationships, creating a strong support foundation in terms of law, communication and technology.
