Galaxy Z Fold7 costs from 47 million VND in Vietnam

(Dan Tri) - On the evening of July 9, Samsung announced its new generation of foldable screen smartphones, including Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Z Flip7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 FE.

Not long after, Samsung officially announced the listed price of the Galaxy Z Flip7 and Galaxy Z Fold7 foldable smartphone duo in the Vietnamese market.

According to information from theFPT Shop system, the Galaxy Z Flip7 has a starting price of 28.99 million VND for the 256GB version and 32.99 million VND for the 512GB version, equivalent to the price of the previous generation.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold7 is listed at a price of VND 46.99 million for the 256GB version and VND 50.99 million for the 512GB version, an increase of VND 3 million compared to the previous version.

In particular, this year Samsung also introduced the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE version with a price of 22.99 million VND for the 128GB version, providing a more accessible choice for users.

Despite the high listed price, major retailers in Vietnam have announced many promotions, helping users to own the product at a better price.

According to a representative of Mobile World, the number of customers interested in the Galaxy Z Fold7 has increased by 30% compared to the previous generation, and the Galaxy Z Flip7 also recorded a 20% increase. This shows the strong appeal of the new product duo thanks to significant upgrades.

The Galaxy Z Fold7 impresses with Samsung's record-breaking thinness and lightness, measuring only 8.9mm when folded and 4.2mm when expanded, and weighing 215g. The screen is also significantly expanded, with the outer screen up to 6.5 inches and the inner screen 8 inches.

The device is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, promising 38% stronger performance, 26% faster graphics processing and 41% stronger AI tasks.

For the Galaxy Z Flip7, the highlight is the large 4.1-inch outer screen and the expanded inner screen up to 6.9 inches. The device has a dual camera cluster of 50MP (main) and 12MP (ultra-wide angle), along with the Exynos 2500 chip developed by Samsung, 12GB RAM and 256/512GB memory options.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Khue, representative of Viettel Store, predicted that pre-order sales of the new product line will increase by 30% compared to the previous generation thanks to comprehensive upgrades.

Dealers also believe that the Galaxy Z Fold7 will continue to account for the majority of pre-orders, around 65-70%, while the Galaxy Z Flip7 will attract customers with new colors such as Coral Red and Navy Blue.
