In recent years, GELEX has promoted the development of a learning organization model, with increasingly systematic and widespread activities. The focus is not only on short-term training courses, but also on long-term learning and development plans, designed to suit each position and title, so that each individual has the opportunity to improve their capacity, adapt quickly and maximize their strength in a competitive and volatile business environment.

With the multi-generational human resources of GELEX, the learning organization has helped connect, exploit inter-generational knowledge and develop sustainably.

Mini MBA training program on Management Thinking for Leaders and senior managers of GELEX Group

The training programs at GELEX are designed in a diverse way, closely following the needs of each target group. From the Orientation Integration Program for new employees, G-Leadership and G-Manager courses to perfect and enhance leadership and management capacity, to soft skills development courses, professional training for professional staff... All are systematically built, linked to long-term development goals.

In 2024 alone, GELEX deployed 662 training courses, equivalent to nearly 126,000 hours of study, attracting more than 13,000 employees to participate. Behind these impressive numbers is a clear strategy: to build GELEX into a true learning organization, where each individual is inspired by the spirit of lifelong learning, constantly innovating to keep up with the trends of the times, creating a foundation for sustainable development.

Not only inviting experienced lecturers from prestigious educational institutions, GELEX also focuses on building and nurturing a team of internal lecturers, the core of spreading knowledge from within. In particular, many senior leaders have directly taught classes, shared experiences, and inspired at internal seminars and training sessions, inspiring a culture of learning, becoming a profound cultural feature of the enterprise.

The learning journey at GELEX is not limited to the internal scope. The practical learning experience program in China and Thailand helps GELEX Group's leaders and managers update management trends, technology, and innovative thinking as well as absorb and learn for the actual implementation process.

Destination of talent and high quality human resources

If the learning organization is a solid internal foundation, the “GELEX Connect” project is a strategic step to expand the sustainable “flow” of human resources to the outside. With a 10-year roadmap (2025–2035), “GELEX Connect” is not simply a training project but a comprehensive ecosystem connecting GELEX and domestic and foreign training partners. Thereby, the Group not only proactively approaches new sources of talent but also contributes to arousing and fostering the spirit of innovation throughout the system.

Signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership between GELEX Group and Hanoi University of Science and Technology

The first activity of the “GELEX Connect” Project was the signing of a Cooperation Agreement to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership between GELEX Group and Hanoi University of Science and Technology, which took place on May 19 in Hanoi.

The project will create a comprehensive ecosystem of cooperation and exchange between GELEX and domestic and foreign training partners, helping GELEX not only access future talent sources, but also contribute to promoting a culture of innovation and supporting the Group's R&D work.

“GELEX Connect” also affirms GELEX's social responsibility in training and developing human resources, creating a sustainable human resource flow, contributing to national competitiveness.

Ms. Mai Thi Minh Thu - Director of Human Resources Department of GELEX Group, Head of Project Board said: “The project “GELEX Connect” is directly led by the Leadership of GELEX Group and will position GELEX as a destination for talents and high-quality human resources. At the same time, it will enhance the recognition of the recruitment brand and promote the image of GELEX Group as professional, creative, and with many development opportunities”.

Unlimited budget for human development investment

The human development journey at GELEX is also strongly supported by the Corporate Culture Project launched in June 2025. Deployed on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the Group's establishment, the project takes place in 8 months (from June 2025 to January 2026), with 4 key stages. Through the project, the mindset of "culture is strategy" is transformed into specific actions, contributing to building GELEX into an organization that is Adaptable to changes; Operates with high efficiency thanks to strong internal cohesion; Aims for sustainable development on a human foundation.

In 2025, GELEX's Board of Directors committed to spending 44 billion on training activities (a 200% increase in budget compared to 2024). It is worth noting that this expenditure is not the final limit because in the coming time, GELEX will not limit the budget to invest in human development. Any employee, anywhere, if they are eager to learn and committed to staying, will be given the opportunity to develop.

GELEX was honored for the second consecutive time as “Best Workplace in Asia”

The persistent efforts to put people at the center have brought GELEX well-deserved recognition. At the HR Asia Awards 2024, GELEX was honored for the second consecutive time as “Best Workplace in Asia”, surpassing more than 700 businesses, with scores far exceeding the average. In particular, the “HR Asia Most Caring Company” award is a strong affirmation: GELEX not only cares for the welfare, but also cultivates happiness and comprehensive health for employees.

This July marks the 35th anniversary of GELEX Group. Looking back on that journey, the proudest thing is not only the growth figures or bold M&A marks, but also a community of nearly 10,000 people, where each individual is respected, their potential is awakened, and they are empowered to create and innovate.
