On the morning of March 21, the price of SJC gold bars and gold rings continued to be maintained below the 100 million VND/tael mark by SJC, PNJ, and DOJI enterprises. Specifically, buying was 97.8 million VND/tael and selling was 99.8 million VND/tael. Compared to the all-time peak, the price of SJC gold bars has decreased by about 600,000 VND.

However, this is still the historical peak of gold bar prices.

Both are 24K gold bars, PNJ's gold bars are sold for more than 99.99 million VND/tael; Bao Tin Minh Chau company sells Thang Long Gold Dragon brand gold bars for 100.4 million VND/tael.

Although the price of SJC gold bars has dropped below 100 million VND/tael, it is still at its historical peak.

Similarly, the prices of 99.99 gold rings and jewelry gold of all kinds also left the historical peak. The price of 99.99 plain gold rings is listed by SJC company at 97.7 million VND/tael for buying and 99.7 million VND/tael for selling. The price of gold rings also has a difference between brands.

The difference between buying and selling prices is kept high by businesses, about 2 million VND/tael.

Domestic gold prices are falling slower than world prices. On the international market, the precious metal plummeted after reaching an all-time peak of 3,055 USD/ounce. At 9:00 this morning, Vietnam time, the world gold price was trading at 3,037 USD/ounce, down about ten USD per ounce compared to the previous session.

During the trading session last night and early this morning, the world gold price dropped sharply to 3,027 USD/ounce before recovering to 3,045 USD/ounce.

Currently, the world gold price converted according to the listed exchange rate is about 92.3 million VND/tael.
