Hai Duong Police Chief and 1 Deputy Police Chief promoted in rank

On May 31, Hai Duong Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and award decisions on rank promotion and salary increase in 2023 to many local leaders and officers.

At the ceremony, leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Provincial Police announced the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on promoting ranks for officers.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Thin, Head of the Personnel Department, Provincial Police, announced the decision on rank promotion.

Accordingly, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Quang Binh, Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Police Department, and Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Manh Hung, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Hai Duong Provincial Police Department, were promoted to the rank of Colonel.

In particular, Mr. Bui Quang Binh was promoted one year ahead of schedule due to his outstanding achievements during his work.

Along with the announcement ceremony for these two provincial police leaders, the leaders of the Personnel Organization Department also announced decisions on rank promotion and salary increase in 2023 for 1,056 officers and soldiers.

Officers and soldiers are promoted in rank and have their salaries raised.

Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of officers and soldiers who were promoted in rank and had their salaries increased this year expressed their gratitude for the attention and support of the Ministry of Public Security, the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department, and promised to continue to make efforts, constantly overcome difficulties, uphold the spirit of responsibility, be exemplary pioneers, and excellently complete assigned tasks.

Colonel Bui Quang Binh expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the organization and the collective of officers and soldiers of Hai Duong Provincial Public Security for their encouragement, support and standing side by side with him throughout the past time. Being promoted ahead of schedule, Colonel Binh felt very honored and promised to make more efforts to be worthy of the trust of his superiors and the collective.
