Lam Dong : Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to settle capital for group B and C projects.
The Director of Lam Dong Department of Finance is authorized to approve the final settlement of investment capital for completed projects using public investment capital for group B and group C projects under the investment project approval authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai has just signed Decision No. 1460/QD-UBND on authorizing the approval of public investment capital settlement for completed projects under the authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee authorized the Director of the Department of Finance to approve the final settlement of investment capital for completed projects using public investment capital for group B and group C projects under the investment project approval authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (except for important national projects and other important projects for which the Prime Minister decides on investment policy according to Point a, Clause 1, Article 35, Decree No. 99/2021/ND-CP dated November 11, 2021 and group A projects using public investment capital). The authorization period is from September 30, 2024 to December 31, 2025.
The Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested the Director of Lam Dong Department of Finance to comply with Decree No. 99/2021/ND-CP dated November 11, 2021 of the Government regulating the management, payment and settlement of public investment projects and relevant legal provisions when performing authorized tasks.
The Director of Lam Dong Department of Finance is responsible for checking and reviewing the accuracy and validity according to the provisions of law before approving the final settlement of investment capital for completed projects under the above authorization; is responsible before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and before the law for performing the authorized work; complies with the periodic, annual or ad hoc reporting regime on the performance of authorized work...
