On November 5, the Traffic Safety Committee of Bien Hoa City said it had inspected and fined more than 300 parents who gave their vehicles to students who were not qualified to drive on the road.
Accordingly, from October 1 to October 31, the Traffic Police and Order Team of Bien Hoa City Police inspected and discovered more than 400 students violating road traffic safety order.
The main violations include: not wearing a helmet, not having a driving license, driving in the wrong direction, carrying more people than the prescribed number...
In addition, authorities also receive images and clips provided by people, verify them, and impose fines on many other cases.
According to the Traffic Safety Committee of Bien Hoa City, checking and handling traffic violations of students will be carried out regularly and continuously in the coming time.
Especially on main traffic routes in urban areas, routes near schools, areas where many young people gather and show signs of violating traffic safety order.
Thereby, contributing to creating changes in awareness and compliance with traffic safety laws of parents and students.
