TPO - From early morning, thousands of people and tourists flocked to Man Thai beach (Son Tra district, Da Nang city) to participate in SUP paddling, watch the sunrise, and see the city from the sea.

During the summer, especially on weekends, Man Thai beach, Son Tra district, Da Nang city is colorful, attracting thousands of tourists and locals. This is a favorite Sup (Stand-up- paddleboarding) spot for many people, especially young people.

This outdoor water sport is popular with many people. Sup rental service at Man Thai beach is also flourishing. Before going into the sea, everyone must wear a life jacket and be instructed by the staff on basic Sup paddling skills and how to handle situations when falling into the sea.

Thanks to Sup rowing activities, Man Thai beach becomes more vibrant, attracting more tourists.

From the shore, people can paddle Sup out into the sea area of Son Tra peninsula, floating on the water and watching the sunrise.

Ms. Tran Thi Hoa (a tourist from Hanoi) said: The family has been to many beaches, but was very impressed with the experience of Sup rowing on the sea in Da Nang. "At first it was very scary, but after a while, when we got past the waves near the shore, Sup rowing was very easy and fun" Ms. Hoa said.

Thousands of locals and tourists paddle Sup together, making the sea at the foot of the mountain of Son Tra peninsula lively and bustling.

On average, each Sup is rented for 200,000 VND, each Sup can carry 2 people.

To ensure safety, the Management Board of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches regularly arranges forces and vehicles to patrol and remind players as well as Sup business units to ensure safety.
