On the basis of telecommunications infrastructure, information technology, information systems are deployed for interconnection, specialized databases are invested and put into use, which have proven effective, helping to improve convenience and reduce costs for businesses during operations. Telecommunications businesses in the province have paid attention to investing in promoting broadband infrastructure to ensure internet connection, basically meeting the tasks of building digital government, digital economy, and digital society. To date, 100% of the province's enterprises have used electronic invoices with over 6,100 organizations, enterprises, and more than 1,100 households and individuals doing business using electronic invoice declaration methods. Telecommunications enterprises such as VNPT, Viettel, and Mobifone have urgently deployed direct digital transformation support for nearly 200 enterprises in the province, focusing on electronic invoice solutions, digital signatures, electronic contracts, automatic attendance through facial recognition, customer care support hotlines, online meetings, and virtual reality.

As a provider of infrastructure and comprehensive digital transformation solutions, over the past time, VNPT Phu Tho has always made efforts and been proactive in contributing to the construction of e-government and digital transformation in the province. Mr. Dang Viet Hai - Director of VNPT Phu Tho said: "VNPT Phu Tho has coordinated with agencies and units of the province to consult on digital transformation solutions for a number of businesses, build and provide a variety of information technology products and solutions. In 2023, VNPT Phu Tho will provide telecommunications and information technology products and services to over 7,000 organizations and businesses; provide digital signatures to over 1,000 organizations, businesses and business households; provide over 500 declaration software for businesses; attach VNPT check traceability stamps to nearly 1 million products... VNPT Phu Tho is actively building a roadmap, focusing resources, deploying information technology solutions, contributing to accompanying the province in the digital transformation process, towards building a digital government, digital economy, and digital society".

With the specific characteristics of the construction materials production and trading industry, with many departments from production to sales, Thanh Ha Ceramics Joint Stock Company - CTH (Thanh Vinh Ward, Phu Tho Town) proactively promotes digital applications in management and operation of production and business activities in all departments. The company has a production capacity of over 6 million m2 of tiles/year. Mr. Nguyen Manh Thang - Deputy General Director of the Company said: "Digital transformation and digital economic development have had a direct impact on production and business, forcing businesses to recognize opportunities and challenges to survive and develop.
