The sharing of Duong Quoc Hoang - the biggest hope of Vietnamese billiards at this year's tournament - reflects the great significance of the Hanoi Open Pool Championship for the development of this sport in Vietnam. Besides Quoc Hoang, the Vietnamese billiards community also places its trust in many other promising names such as: Nguyen Anh Tuan, Dang Thanh Kien, Bui Truong An and Luong Duc Thien... These players are all assessed to have the potential to achieve high results at this year's tournament, especially when they compete in the enthusiastic cheering atmosphere of the home audience.

Along with the main tournament, the Hanoi Junior Open - a tournament for young talents - will also be held as a companion event. This is an ideal playground for 64 young players under 17 years old from all over the world, giving them the opportunity to experience the professional competition atmosphere and gain experience before stepping onto the big stage.
With a total prize of 10,000 USD, Hanoi Junior Open is not only a place to discover young talents but also plays an important role in the sustainable development strategy for billiards, ensuring quality human resources for the future.
