Ha Tinh: Temporarily detained 2 cars with blue license plate 38A-1169

On the evening of March 29, information from Ha Tinh Provincial Police said that Ha Tinh City Police had just detained two cars, including a 5-seat Ford Laser and a 12-seat Toyota Hiace, both with blue license plate 38A-1169. At the same time, the authorities continued to verify and handle the case according to the law.

Ha Tinh City Police have detained two cars to continue handling the case.

Accordingly, the verification process determined that the 5-seat Ford Laser car had blue license plate 38A - 1169, and the car owner was registered as the Ha Tinh Youth Vocational Training and Employment Services Center.

Previously, on December 22, 2022, the Ha Tinh Vocational Training and Employment Services Center sold the above car to Ms. TTTH (born in 1988, address Nam Ha ward, Ha Tinh city). The liquidation documents were complete according to regulations. During the car handover process, the Ha Tinh Vocational Training and Employment Services Center did not collect the license plate.

For the 12-seat Toyota Hiace car with blue license plate 38A-1169, it is an old car of Nghe An Department of Transport, with old license plate 37A-1989, blue background, white letters and numbers. The car has completed the procedure to revoke the registration and license plate on July 10, 2023, and has been sold to Mr. HVH (in Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An province).

Mr. HVH sold the above car to Mr. NDT in group 5, Ha Huy Tap ward, Ha Tinh city (Mr. NDT is Ms. TTTH's husband).

According to the police, Mr. T. and Mrs. H.'s family specializes in buying used cars, liquidated cars, and scrap cars. Mr. T. stated that he used an additional set of license plates 38A-1169 to install on a Toyota Hiace to serve customers who came to see the car, exchange and buy and sell, not for the purpose of participating in traffic.

Currently, Ha Tinh City Police have temporarily detained the above two vehicles and continue to verify and consolidate documents for handling.

As reported by SGGP, earlier, on the morning of March 27, the two cars mentioned above, both with blue license plates 38A-1169, were parked on the sidewalk of Vo Liem Son Street (Nam Ha Ward, Ha Tinh City). Seeing the unusual incident, people used their phones to record the images and then posted them on social networks, causing a stir in public opinion.
