According to Mr. Putin, the relationship between Russia and Belarus is developing steadily and reliably, accordingly the two sides will increasingly strengthen communication, consultation on relations and interaction.
For his part, President Lukashenko affirmed that Russia, Belarus and North Korea could think about the possibility of trilateral cooperation.
At the same time, he said Minsk had recently supplied 60,000 tons of diesel, along with 60,000 tons of gasoline, to Moscow, and was ready to increase shipments.
In addition, the head of Belarus also congratulated Mr. Putin on holding the regional elections, and stressed that this was a "great success".
