Speaking at the closing session, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province acknowledged that the Provincial People's Council delegates worked actively, democratically, responsibly, and unanimously approved a large number of contents considered and resolved at the session.
Comrade Le Van Hieu sympathized with the people of his province affected by storm No. 3 and the floods after the storm.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee to urgently direct the research and implementation of policies to support the restoration of life and production after the storm, especially credit policies and agricultural production...
The Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches need to continue to be proactive and active in coordinating with the committees and delegates of the Provincial People's Council in building resolutions right from the policy-making process.
Comrade Le Van Hieu requested the Provincial People's Committee to continue to promote spirit, responsibility and determination in implementing the resolution.
At the regular mid-year meeting of 2024, the People's Council of Hai Duong province issued a resolution on the implementation of conclusions and recommendations through the supervision activities of the Provincial People's Council since the beginning of the term. The Provincial People's Committee needs to focus on directing the implementation.
In the context of many new laws taking effect, the provincial People's Council committees, departments and branches actively coordinate to submit and advise the province to issue resolutions and decisions within their authority.

Provincial People's Council delegates voted to pass two resolutions on personnel work and 25 resolutions deciding on many important policies of the province.

3. Regulations on tuition fees and list of revenues, revenue levels, revenue and expenditure management mechanisms for educational support services at public preschool and general education institutions in Hai Duong province.
4. Dismissal from the position of Member of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, term XVII, term 2021 - 2026
5. Election of additional members to the People's Committee of Hai Duong province for the 17th term, 2021 - 2026 term
6. Regulations on the authority to decide on investment and procurement of information technology application activities using regular expenditure funds from the state budget under the management of Hai Duong province.

Decision on investment policy for the National Highway 5 service road project on the right from Ghe intersection to Lai Cach intersection (km40+240 - km43+870) for the remaining sections and from Lai Cach commercial urban area to the end of Cam Binh shoe company on the left side of the route (km44+205 - km44+795)
