Lien Viet Post Bank ( LPBank - stock code: LPB) has just announced the Board of Directors' Resolution electing Mr. Le Minh Tam as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. On May 27, 2024, the Board of Directors (BOD) of LPBank approved the election of Mr. Le Minh Tam - Independent Member of the Board of Directors to hold the position of Vice Chairman of LPBank's Board of Directors. Mr. Le Minh Tam was born in 1971 and was elected as a member of LPBank's Board of Directors from April 23, 2023. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, a Master of Business Administration from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Law from Fletcher School of Law, Tufts University, Massachusetts, USA. He also underwent intensive training courses on Banking Management in Sweden and Strategic Management of Financial Institutions in Israel.

Mr. Le Minh Tam has more than 30 years of experience in the field of finance and banking, holding senior leadership positions in large domestic and international banks and securities companies. He was a member of the Board of Members and General Director of Hongleong Bank Limited (Malaysia), Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Maybank Kimeng (now Maybank Investment Bank (Malaysia), Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of Yuanta Securities Company (Taiwan). Previously, Mr. Tam was Deputy General Director of Asia Commercial Bank (ACB ) and Director of Corporate & Investment Banking of Deutsche Bank AG. Mr. Tam also worked for the Southeast Asia Economic Research Department of the World Bank in Singapore.
