Herbalife Vietnam promotes healthy active lifestyles | Women

The second "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest starts from September 6.

The contest aims to inspire more people to become better versions of themselves and achieve long-term health goals. The contest will officially start from September 6 and is open to all Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above.

The three-round competition will challenge participants to continuously make positive physical changes within three months based on knowledge of nutrition and exercise. Specifically, contestants are asked to answer questions about nutrition, exercise and sports . Participants also have the opportunity to interact directly with experts and share the methods they have applied to achieve positive changes in their bodies. The competition was held for the first time in 2022 and has attracted more than 1,000 participants across the country.

Mr. Vu Van Thang, General Director of Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia, said: "The great results of the "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest last year are the reason we continue to accompany the Health & Life Newspaper to organize the contest for the second time. The participants not only improve their physical health but also inspire many others to follow suit."

Mr. Tran Tuan Linh, Editor-in-Chief of Health & Life Newspaper, shared: "The contest really contributes effectively to encouraging many people to build healthy habits of balanced nutrition and regular exercise to become more beautiful and healthy."
