Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises receives feedback from businesses

BAC NINH - On the afternoon of September 16, the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of Bac Ninh province held a conference to listen to the difficulties, obstacles and recommendations of member enterprises. Attending were representatives of 50 enterprises and the Association of Enterprises in Que Vo and Kinh Bac areas.

At the conference, there were 8 opinions with 20 contents reflecting difficulties and obstacles related to production and business activities of enterprises such as: Land and water surface rent according to the Land Law 2024, collection period in 2025 increased; there are no investment incentive policies, specific instructions on standards and safety standards in investing in rooftop solar power; lack of investment capital in the field of transportation and logistics; access, learn about the province's planning and implement land use purpose conversion, adjust project investment policies of enterprises; tax policy; compensation and site clearance work...

Enterprises recommended that the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and localities pay attention to removing capital problems for enterprises operating in transportation, terminals and parking lots; connecting and supporting transportation enterprises with foreign-invested enterprises (FDI); allocating land funds for logistics infrastructure (concentrated parking lots); and supporting enterprises in site clearance.

After listening to the feedback, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises directly responded to a number of the contents reflected by the enterprises; at the same time, received recommendations to send to the competent authorities for consideration, resolution and solutions to support enterprises in developing production and business.

Business representatives reflect difficulties in the transport business sector.

According to the plan, the Association will continue to organize meetings to grasp difficulties, problems and recommendations of enterprises belonging to the Association of Enterprises in the remaining regions at the end of September 2025.
