The meeting included Ms. NTKT, a former kitchen staff member for the 2024-2025 school year, who denounced the import of poor quality food and posted this information on social media.

Here, Ms. T. brought a complaint and pictures proving that dirty food was brought into the school kitchen. She said that she had worked in the kitchen for 4 years, and that in the complaint about the incident at the school, there was someone with 20 years of experience.

According to Ms. T, when the kitchen team reported the poor quality of food, the principal asked to keep it a secret, even from the two vice principals. Despite repeated requests for a meeting, the kitchen team was only approved after submitting a petition to the Party Cell on June 2, 2025 - that is, after their contract had expired (May 31, 2025). At that time, the teachers learned about the incident.

Ms. T. said that although she had sent a complaint to the ward, province and Department of Education and Training on August 11, 2025, more than a month later she had not been invited to work. Therefore, she posted information on social media to warn parents, and at the same time affirmed that the dirty food had been cooked for students to eat and not destroyed. "If I said anything wrong, I will take responsibility before the law," Ms. T. emphasized.

At the meeting, parents asked the school leadership to clarify: Is Ms. T's accusation true? Did the principal know about the prolonged import of poor quality food? Was this food cooked for the students and who was responsible?

Principal admits poor quality food found in kitchen

The principal of Trung Vuong Primary School, Nguyen Thai Quynh Nga, expressed regret for the unfortunate incident that just occurred at the school. She apologized to the parents whose children are boarding students. The police are currently investigating and will inform the parents of the results as soon as possible.

Ms. Nga also confirmed that poor quality food was discovered in the school kitchen. The school then promptly handled the situation and did not allow students to consume this food. She emphasized that when the official investigation results from the authorities are available, the school will immediately notify parents.

Ms. Nga also said that the meeting with parents was to discuss this issue further and committed to ensuring food safety for students.

On the local side, Mr. Nguyen Mau Ha, Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, said that this meeting was to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of teachers and parents related to the case of denunciation of poor quality food at Trung Vuong Primary School. Mr. Ha affirmed that the locality will handle the case in a reasonable manner and asked the denouncers to send a representative.

Mr. Ha said the ward had invited the accusers to work, but due to lack of supporting documents, the case had been transferred to specialized agencies and the police for verification. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat pledged to soon announce the results and hoped that parents would be reassured.
