After conducting a school inspection, the Department found that Mr. Ngo Duc Thuc, Principal of Hai Ba Trung High School, had a number of violations and shortcomings in the management and administration of revenue, expenditure, and finance.

Mr. Thuc was also directly involved in the incident in which teacher Ho Thi Tam was forced by her colleague to have her arm twisted and pushed out of the classroom in front of many students. Based on the regulations, the Department of Education and Training of Thua Thien - Hue province issued a disciplinary warning to Mr. Ngo Duc Thuc.

Previously, a clip appeared on social media recording a scene where a female teacher was pushed out of the classroom by a male teacher with the words "Get out!" in front of dozens of students.

The above incident occurred at Hai Ba Trung High School (Hue City, Thua Thien - Hue), causing public opinion to raise many questions. The clip was filmed on the morning of October 22, 2022, during a class meeting of the homeroom teacher of a grade 10 class at this school. At the time of the incident, there were many students and 3 teachers in the classroom, including Mr. N.D.P (the person who pushed the female teacher out), Ms. Ho Thi Tam (the person who was pushed out) and the homeroom teacher named D.

Before the incident, some students and parents of this class complained about changing Ms. Tam (the Literature teacher) because the way she taught the lesson was not understandable to the students. Therefore, during the class meeting, Ms. Tam came in to ask for clarification, causing a commotion.
