On the morning of September 30, the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province said that, implementing the direction of the Director of the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Secondary Education informed the heads of educational institutions in Phu Tho province to quickly inform parents and students to stay home from school in the province on September 30, 2025 due to heavy and prolonged storms.

According to the People's Committee of Phu Tho province, in the face of the complicated developments of storm Bualoi, the People's Committee of the province has issued an urgent dispatch requesting departments, branches and localities to activate disaster prevention plans according to high risk levels.
