According to the People's Committee of Phu Tho province, in the face of the complicated developments of storm Bualoi, the People's Committee of the province has issued an urgent dispatch requesting departments, branches and localities to activate disaster prevention plans according to high risk levels.
Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, directed and emphasized the "4 on-site" principle: on-site command, on-site forces, on-site means, on-site logistics; at the same time, requested districts and cities to carefully review areas at risk of flash floods and landslides, and evacuate residents to safe places.

In addition, the work of inspecting and reinforcing dams, stream embankments, and drainage systems is given top priority. Specialized units also come up with contingency plans to ensure the supply of necessities and medicine to affected households.
