The "Cinderella Dream" project - organized by PNJ is a program that creates conditions for girls to beautify themselves, combined with learning life skills, thereby sowing the first seeds for them to step into life, confidently pursuing their dreams.
Appearing as the project ambassador, Miss H'Hen Nie moved many people when she talked about her dream when she was in the countryside herding cows and farming. Around the village, the dream of the poor girl at that time was just to hold a stack of change like the junk seller.
The Ede beauty queen said that she had no idea about going to university, but one time while watching a volleyball tournament on TV, her grandfather said: "You can do that too" which made the cowherd determined to pursue her studies to do more.

"When I was 14, my parents wanted me to get married, but I chose to go to school because I had the belief that my grandfather would support me. In high school, I saw students volunteering from Ho Chi Minh City returning to their hometowns to help people. I longed to go to the city to study at university to be like them. And my grandfather's words were the motivation for me to pursue my dream," the beauty queen shared.
Besides, H'Hen Niê was also criticized for her long limbs, dark skin... not looking good on stage. However, the confidence after standing on stage once helped her shine later in the beauty arena, becoming "Asian Cinderella".
