Implementing Resolution No. 216/NQ-HDND dated July 10, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council on supplementing, adjusting and allocating the provincial budget estimate for 2024, at the end of September, the Provincial People's Committee allocated nearly 288 billion VND of public funds to support production development entrusted to the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Quang Ninh branch for loans to develop production.
Up to now, the whole province has had over 2,600 people receiving loans for production development with a total outstanding loan balance of over 230 billion VND. Accordingly, the subjects receiving preferential loan support include enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative unions in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, rural areas, poor districts; ethnic minority individuals, poor households, near-poor households, newly escaped poverty households, households with average living standards, and workers in the areas within the scope of implementation of the programs. National Target Program . With this capital, people have actively implemented production development models, especially restoring production after storm No. 3, increasing income and improving life.
Currently, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Quang Ninh branch, is actively coordinating with local authorities, socio -political organizations, savings and loan groups to review eligible subjects, quickly complete documents, and disburse loans. The Bank strives to complete the disbursement of 100% of capital from the career budget to support production development in December 2024.
